Led by Mallory, we welcome you to join us to explore the five layers of the body, known as Five Koshas:
Using yoga techniques of breath control, clear intention setting and body scanning, students will be guided to connect to one’s inner most self to activate the parasympathetic nervous system through guided meditation.
Students will be fully support with the use of props to limit discomfort and distractions while gaining the full benefit of yogic sleep.
This class is recommended for novice and seasoned students as well as students with limited mobility.
