Join Amanda, Indigo’s resident massage therapist, as she leads students through an extended practice to manage the autumn seasonal transition. This two hour workshop will assist in smoothly integrating and releasing what has accumulated over the past several months. Practice begins with an energetic vinyasa flow to release excess energy and heat, followed by pranamaya and alignment support and closing with a luscious restorative sequence to move the body and mind out of the flight-or-fight mode into clarity and peace. All students are welcome and celebrated.
