Join us for a six-week series that focuses on strengthening the muscles of the abdominals, lower back, hips and glutes. Each class begins with a 10-15 minute run that highlights the proper mechanics or running, followed by intensive core work and ending with lengthening and stretching the muscles of the hamstrings, IT band, quads, calves, glutes and lats.
This series will help to increase core strength, correct postural imbalances which reduce the risk of injury and improve running endurance and speed.
No prior experience is necessary. Seasoned and novice runners are welcomed and celebrated.
This workshop series is taught by resident Indigo owner and certified Pilates instructor, Jacqlyn. The cost for the series is $110. Prior registration for all six weeks is required. Class will meet on consecutive Wednesdays beginning 10/17 and ending 11/21. Make-up class on 11/28. Reserve your spot by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Space is limited.
