Working with Breath: Mastering the Sun Salutation

Sometimes referred to as the “vinyasa”, the Sun Salutation is a sequence of 10 connected poses often used to transition between postures. Students in this class will learn the details of each posture and how to use the breath to move the body safely and authentically.
