This Yin Workshop is a slow-paced style of yoga that encourages postures to be held for longer periods of time. These postures focus on the lower parts of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. Yin yoga benefits the body by releasing fascia and improving joint mobility, reducing stress and anxiety and balancing the internal organs to improve the flow of chi. $20 pre-registration required.
