Meditation Series- The Eight Limbs of Yoga

Practice living with a sense of ease and study tools to help navigate your days with peace. The eight limb path of yoga provides tools for living and can be helpful along a path of recovery.  In this eight week meditation series, expect a casual and informative discussion about each of the limbs delivered in a practical way. Drop-in rate is $10. Attendance to all eight sessions is not required, only suggested.
