Aromatherapy

During an aromatherapy session, essential oils are used both topically and in a diffuser to stimulate the limbic system in the brain which is responsible for mood, emotion, and memory. We customize a blend of oils to aid specific bodily systems, promote relaxation and enhance the client’s relationship with nature to promote healing and transformation. Our essential oils are 100% certified organic.
We highly recommended aromatherapy be added to a reflexology or bodywork service.

Reflexology

The benefits of foot reflexology include relaxation, improvement of circulation, elimination of toxins, and the stimulation of organ functioning. This practice uses acupressure on specific parts of the feet that have direct physical connections to all areas of the body.

This service includes a warm foot wrap and a cream treatment and an aromatherapy blend of your choice and can be added to any massage or bodywork service.
